• Real estate license number and state
• Brokerage name and website
• Profile photo (if uploaded)
• Listing information you submit
• Account credentials (password is hashed by Supabase — we never see it)

From buyers (when they contact an agent):

• Name, email, phone number (only what they provide in the contact form)
• Message content

Automatically collected:

• Browser type and device type (standard server logs)
• Pages visited and actions taken (to improve the platform)
• IP address (standard for all web services)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your agent account
• To display your listings and profile to buyers
• To forward buyer inquiries to the agent they're contacting
• To send platform-related emails (lead notifications, account updates)
• To calculate and collect the 1% marketing fee at closing
• To improve the platform and fix bugs

3. Who We Share It With

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in the US)
• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery

These services receive only the data necessary to perform their function. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, competing real estate platforms, or anyone else.

Agent profiles and listings are publicly visible by design — that's the point. Buyer contact information is only shared with the specific agent they're reaching out to.

4. Email Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive:

• A welcome email when you sign up
• Lead notification emails when a buyer contacts you
• Platform updates that affect your account

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails (lead notifications) cannot be disabled while your account is active, as they are core to the service.

5. Data Security

All data is stored on Supabase with row-level security policies. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption. We conduct regular security reviews.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data in a portable format

7. Cookies

We use only functional cookies — specifically, Supabase auth tokens stored in your browser's localStorage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that identify you personally.

GetOffZillow AI is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify registered agents by email if we make material changes to this policy. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
