1. What GetOffZillow AI Is

GetOffZillow AI ("GOZ AI," "we," "us") is a real estate marketplace operated by TransBid LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We provide a platform where licensed real estate agents can list properties and buyers can discover and contact agents directly.

We are not a real estate brokerage, a licensed real estate agent, a mortgage lender, or a financial advisor. We do not represent buyers or sellers in any transaction.

2. Agent Accounts

To list properties on GetOffZillow AI, you must:

Be a licensed real estate agent or broker in your state
Provide accurate license information during signup
Maintain a valid, active license throughout your use of the platform
Provide accurate property information on all listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide. Misrepresentation of properties or credentials may result in immediate account termination.

3. The 3% Marketing Fee

GetOffZillow AI charges a technology marketing fee for use of the GOZ platform and marketing services. This fee is 3% of your gross commission — not 3% of the sale price — when a transaction closes with a buyer who initially contacted you through the platform. Example: on a $400,000 sale where you earn $10,000 in gross commission, the fee is $300. This fee is charged for marketing and technology services provided by TransBid LLC, not for participation in or facilitation of the real estate transaction itself.

Listing a property is always free — no fee is charged for listing, regardless of outcome
The fee is due within 10 days of closing
No fee is charged for listings, leads, or activity that does not result in a closed transaction
Agents who signed up during our early access period have this rate locked and it will not increase

You agree on your honor to report closings that originated from buyer contacts made through GetOffZillow AI. We reserve the right to audit and terminate accounts of agents found to be circumventing this agreement.

4. Listings

All listings must represent real, available properties. You may not:

List properties you do not have authorization to market
Post inaccurate pricing, photos, or property details
List properties in jurisdictions where you are not licensed
Use the platform to generate leads for competing platforms

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion without notice.

5. Buyer Use

Buyers may use the platform to search listings and contact agents at no charge. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence on any property or agent. GetOffZillow AI makes no representations about the accuracy of listing information, agent qualifications, or property values.

6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that listing on our platform will result in leads, showings, or closed transactions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any valuation tools or market data displayed on the platform. Any estimates shown are for informational purposes only and not financial or legal advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The GetOffZillow AI name, logo, and platform design are property of TransBid LLC. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission. You retain ownership of your listing content, but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Outstanding marketing fees accrued before termination remain due. We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with 30 days notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransBid LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Escambia County, Florida.
