Your commission. On a $400K sale at 2.5%, your gross is $10,000. We take $300. Every platform in this space charges a percentage of commission β most charge $2,500β$4,000 on the same deal.
How do buyers actually find my listings?
Buyers search GOZ directly by city, ZIP, or address. Listings sort by recency β not ad spend. As more agents join, more buyers come. You can also share your direct listing URL anywhere you already market.
What if I already use Zillow or Agent Pronto?
GOZ is an additional channel β not a replacement. List the same properties here free. If a GOZ buyer closes, you pay $300 instead of $3,500. No risk running both. A few things worth knowing: In 2025, the FTC sued Zillow and Redfin for allegedly coordinating to suppress competition in rental advertising. A class-action (Hagens Berman, 2024) alleges Premier Agent steers buyers toward Zillow-affiliated lenders. And Zillow removed wildfire and flood risk data after sellers complained it hurt home values. These aren't reasons to panic β they're reasons to diversify.
How does GOZ make money if listing is free?
