Is this 3% of the sale price or my commission?

Your commission. On a $400K sale at 2.5%, your gross commission is $10,000. We take 3% of that β€” $300. Not $12,000. Not 3% of the sale price. Every platform charges a % of commission. Most just charge 25–40x more than we do.

How do buyers actually find my listings?

Buyers search GOZ directly by city, ZIP, or address. Listings show by recency β€” not ad spend. As the platform grows, more buyers come. You're also encouraged to share your direct listing URL anywhere you currently market properties.

What if I already use Zillow or Agent Pronto?

GOZ is an additional channel β€” not a replacement. List the same properties here for free. If GOZ delivers a buyer who closes, you pay $300 instead of $3,500. There's no risk in running both simultaneously.

How does GOZ make money if listing is free?

3% of your commission only when a GOZ buyer closes with you. No monthly subscription, no advertising revenue, no data sales. Our incentive is aligned with yours: we only earn when you earn.

What if I close a deal but don't report it?

We operate on professional trust β€” the same system every referral agreement uses. Agents who circumvent the fee agreement have their accounts closed. Most agents find $300 a reasonable cost for a closed deal they wouldn't have had otherwise.

Is this only for Pensacola / Florida?

We're launching in the Gulf South β€” Pensacola, Fort Walton, Destin, Mobile, and surrounding markets first. Any licensed agent can join. We're keeping the initial geography tight intentionally to build genuine liquidity before expanding.
